deactivated filpkart account...

Hi have bought redme 5a and received it today on 6th may 18. After i started the phone and dine with the basic settings and put my phone in charging. However after 10 min phone started heating and my even able to keep the phone in ears as heating too much. I call flipkart to inform about thus, i spoke with four agents and their senior as well but they are of no help they don't care. The phone that i have received an hour before they are asking...

In regards to the Previous complaint regarding the online product received (Olay Total effects) through Flip-kart, a complaint was made on 31 May 2017 claiming that the Quality of the product received as duplicate and not original, along with the explanation.
