I had purchased i refrigerator from flipkart order id - OD[protected] and now i think it is my biggest mistake, It had damaged body and the product is also defected that is, it is not cooling so i tried to return it but they cancelled my return request saying it's damaged body. Man that's one of the reason why I want it to get replaced or returned. Later I contacted flipkart's customer care executive they assured me that my product will get replaced as they mentioned both the problem, atleast this is what they told me but when i open the order details it was showing "different order received" as the issue, i don't know why they do this. So I again applied for the return but in the app it only gives me one option mentioning the product received is defected, now today the pickup agent came and again rejected the replacement request saying that flipkart is not allowing him to pick the product as it's body has damaged. Well I'm having the video i recorded at the time of delivery as proof that they sent me the damaged as well as defective product. Look into this asap or else you'll lose your customer permanently and have to face legal actions as well. Was this information helpful? |
