I have purchase a set motor e4 plus on 30th november 2017. Since new buying it was giving minor trouble and finally screen off on 9th december and submitted to nearest service center. They repair and after three days return back my mobile, again my mobile screen off again i submitted to nearest service centre on 27 december, this time they told me that they replaced the mother board and give back to me on 04th january 2018 again screen off on same day on reaching home. Its repeatedly problem because of its manufacturing defect and neither service center nor their customer care is taking it seriously,
Flipkart people also not taking care of this matter, they directly refuse to help but they didn't understand its their responsibility if you become mediator in between us,
I request you to please replace this phone. For your reference i attached the service centre recipt and invoice of mobile purchase.
