Flipkart — Damaged product non returnable item

The product was delivered and had a hole in the package and also seal on the product . I contacted customer care and they arranged a pickup and the pickup person came took the package and after 1 hour gave back the package to me saying the station master refused to send this as the item is a non returnable item. I contacted flipkart support multiple times even with escalation teams they just saying we will pickup the item and then nothing done and the product is a whey protein which is required for my daily nutritional needs . I want a replacement or refund anyway because its not my problem if they can't pickup up because of non returnable category . give me my refund or replacement and keep on scheduling pickups so i do not have to wait for you take action .
