Dear sir, i have ordered voltas 1.5 ton 5 star bee rating 2018 window ac - white (Order id od[protected], item has been delivered timely and installed by jeeves team after so many followups at 6th apr also they charged rs 750 for installatin, post installation we observed ac is damaged and logged a returned request for same, technical visit has been done on 16thapr and return was approved by flipkart, uninstallation was also scheduled and done by jeeves team at 17th apr, pickup of ac was scheduled at 23rd apr, but at 20th apr my returned was canceled and i call to confirm why my packed ac was not pickuped for returned, but customer care is escalated the issue and give me assurance my problem will resolve within 48 hours, but till date problem is as it is, my ac is packed and waiting for pickup, after that whenever i am calling to customer care they are giving me time for 48 hours to resolve my issue, but today till 29th i didnt get any single call from flipkart to resolve my issue. This is pathetic behavior to customer. After spending thousands of rs i am feeling cheated by flipkart. Requesting you please resolve my issue at earliest it is already 1 month gone suffering due to flip kart and my problem is as it is, please do necessary action to resolve my problem.
