I want to raise a complaint against Flipkart for Purchase iPhone SE from Flipkart, I got a damaged product on 2nd Oct 2021 (inside default of voice/technical issue) the same day I informed Flipkart customer care on the call about the issue as I had not got an option on online return for default product.
Flipkart executive assures me to give the best suggestion and raise a request for the replacement I informed her if I got any issue with the replaced product will return it for refunding my paid amount back. she assured me to got my refund back.
Till today nobody has been collected the default product and not got any update about my money and when I called Flipkart they said there is no policy for refund/replacement which means they want to bear the loss for the default product.
I got confirmation from Flipkart to refund my money on 6th Oct, now they cancel all my complaints.
they suggested visiting the store because this is not Flipkart responsibility
