Flipkart — Defective 3 Seater SOFA Return Issue

We ordered 3 seater sofa from flipkart order id OD[protected] on 15th Oct 2021 . Defective sofa was delivered to us on 6th Nov 2021. Immediately we took pictures and informed the seller on [protected]@bharatlifestylefurniture.com . No reply till date received from seller. Flipkart updated the status as delivered on 8th Nov after which we were able to place replacement request. Please note replacement request can only be placed after status is updated as delivered on flipkart. After this the worse experience started. Flipkart phone support was not able to arrange technician visit even after daily follow ups. At first technician visit was scheduled on 10th Nov, then changed to 13th Nov and then without any technician visit or any communication my replacement request was directly rejected. Our family is shocked because we followed every step on time but still flipkart failed to replace the defective product . Not only they failed to replace but also didn't follow the process of return . Without any technician visit or communication they directly rejected. Replacement ID:[protected]

After my first replacement request was cancelled by Flipkart, I immediately created a new replacement request on the same day. As per the new request technician was suppose to visit on 15th Nov but again same things repeated. Absolutely ZERO response from Flipkart or seller. Please refer attached image taken today 16th Nov.
