I have procured one Motorola X play Black with turbo charger through you on 17/07/2016 which is not working (Side buttons for on/off and sound controlling switches) vide your invoice no S:S[protected][1] packing details FMPC[protected] dated 15/07/2016 and challan no nildated 17/07/2016, order ID OD[protected] Handset IMEI No. [protected].

I would like to request your good self to replace the handset at the earliest as my day to day workings got hampered due to the above defective hand set.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Resolution: Spoke to customer he said issue is resolved by hard reset and device is working fine. Also informed customer to visit ASC if any issue comes in future he will get free service for manufacture defect.
