This is my worst experience ever in five years as i order it flipkart on 29th august and i recieved the phone on 30 august
BUT the samsung phone soft keys is not working (recent tabs touch key) so i complained the very same to flipkart but they insist me to download there app smart check, next day after 4-5 smart checks they didnt optimise the problem
after that flipkart executive said me to take the phone to samsung service centre and if they found any problem and also if they give me DOA that means DEAD ON ARRIVAL then only i can return the phone .after that i went to samsung care and they told me the phones touch screen and display does not fitted properly its a manufacturing defect and they kept the phone for DOA after 3 days i was called by samsung and they give me DOA certificate and sealed phone
after that i mailed the same DOA to flipkart ([protected]@flipkart.com) from my email id raosumit.[protected]@gmail.com and they reply that it will take 2 days to review my problem
now today is 9th day from the day i recieved the phone and flipkart service really make me cry
they said wait for tomorrow in a mail recieved today that means on 8th september
