We have ordered asus zenfone max pro m1 from flipkart on 11th october 2018 and delivered on 12th october, 2018. After using 2nd day onwords phone not working well. We have raised many compliants against this, flipkart not even taken any action on last 3 complaints after that we have raised this all things in consumer complaints portal then only the technical visit was happened, that one also technical person came to our place and flashed the mobile and given us without asking the complients. Still we are facing the same issue (Finger print is not working and whenever phone calls coming from someone it is going to hanging stage, per day it was happening 5 to 6 times).
