[Resolved] Flipkart — Defective product and internal seal is open

I ordered a vega hair straightening brush. Firstly, I received this after delay in delivery. I was supposed to receive this on nov.17 but I received the same on nov.22. After reading fraud related reviews I shot an package opening vedio for safety. It was packed in flipkart package. I opened that pack I got a vega brand package. This VEGA BRAND PACKAGE was UNSEALED!!! Then, I plugged it this brush.. but, This brush was not even SWITCHING ON !!!wt a fraud u r doing with consumers. Now they are showing replacement in their return options. I requesting for replacement by tomorrow. It means as sooooooon as possible..
