I have ordered VU 40" LED TV on Flipkart (Order ID: OD[protected] on 02.10.2016 from Flipkart. I have received the same on 10.10.2016. However, when authorized installation person from M/s. Jeeves arrive & opened the TV, he stated that your TV is defective & couldn't start.
I registered return request, which was accepted by Flipkart & they have stated that as soon as reverse pick up of defective TV is completed, your replacement will be shipped. Reverse pick up is already completed on 15.10.2016, however, still Flipkart has not shipped replacement product.
I am in continuous in touch with Flipkart customer care team. But, every time I contact Flipkart, they are just giving new dead line of resolution of the query.
I am still awaiting to replace defective TV & nothing concrete step has been taken by Flipkart to resolve my query. Was this information helpful? |
