Flipkart — Defective/substandard product sold and does not provide me money back

In less than 24hours o[censored]sage of LeEco Le Max2 phone, the fingerprint scanner on the phone ceased to work. Called Flipkart to return my money back as the product delivered was a sub-standard/defect prone. But, the Flipkart team rejected the return request with no substantial reasoning why it was rejected. I raised another return request and now some executive will come to take a look at the phone and replace the defective part. Well, why should i settle for a defective product? I want my money back and Flipkart has cheated me.

I want to proceed with legal action with Flipkart as the product sold to me is a defective one and Flipkart says that there's a 10day money back guarantee.

OD[protected] Flipkart has sold me a phone and is not providing me with an invoice with IMEI no. When contacted for the same, i have been told to return the product. As the original packing has been misplaced since 7 months have passed, Flipkart refuses to do a refund/replacement. So now i cant repair my phone under warranty as i dont ve invoice with IMEI no. nor my phone is being replaced or money refunded. Since every purchase of phone needs to be provided with the correct invoice with IMEI no., Flipkart seems to running some sort of scam or selling stolen phones without IMEI no. and refuses to return or refund or replace my phone. I request all customers to beware of such scams as you will only realise it when you need to repair your phone within warranty and the service center will reject it as there is no IMEI no on the invoice. I shall also be reporting this matter to Consumer Court as i have spent Rs 20000/- and will not let Flipkart cheat customers illegally by selling phones without IMEI no.
