[Resolved] Flipkart — delay in delivery, no proper communication, rude behaviour of executive

I am ordered a fila rabbie pu sneaker
Order id : od[protected]
The delivery date is on my tracker is 13th nov 2017. When the date there was no communication. Then i called the number given to me (Out for delivery: fila rabbie pu sneaker with tracking id fmpp[protected] from flipkart.com, will be delivered before 7pm today by an ekart wish master (Call [protected], pin 125). The guy was very rude and he told me that today we will not delivered the order. What can i do..??? Kindly do the needfull
