This is with reference to my order number OD[protected] which I placed on 6th October 2014. The delivery date published at the time of purchase was 11th October 2014. Later, it was delayed and changed to 15th October 2014 and was informed to me.
To my surprise, I didn't receive the product on the expected delivery date and when I reached to their customer care then only I was informed that it has been again delayed.
I had already paid for the product and never expected such a delay.
When Flipkart can't make it up to customer service/satisfaction, they don't have any rights to claim being the top e-commerce enterprise in India.
Moreover, I have spent my time and money calling customer care of Flipkart more than 5 times in past two days and which was of no help. They just asked me to be patient and wait as the product is supposed to be delivered by a third party vendor i.e. Delhivery. They are/were not ready to take the ownership and responsibility of this issue. Having paid for the product and not getting it for the past 12 days without any communication from Flipkart. This is a pain to me and disgrace to Flipkart.
I would suggest some strict action to be taken against Flipkart.
