Dear Grievance Officer,
As I am a plus customer, my order is OD[protected]. The promised date of delivery of this product is 27th April 2022, but you failed, your customer care agent told me that 100% of the product will be delivered to you the next business day. And the next business day the agent told me sir the product will be delivered to you by 03rd of May 2022. What is wrong with you people, why would you book my order if you failed to deliver so many times.
My Past experience was also not good, as I canceled my order due to a delay in delivery.
I need Compensation for this delay and also need delivery by today only. If possible for you then reply to me otherwise don't waste your time on Plus customers. Was this information helpful? |
