I have ordered a custom decor solid wood semi-open book shelf honey solid wood open book shelf (Finish color -
Honey) rosewood (Sheesham) | big bookself with 10 day replacement guarantee and unfortunately delivered a small wooden sideboard on 02.7.23.
The order was delivered by courier in sealed condition with invoice label and they never unboxed the item and shown me that the item was as per actual ordered item.
Subsequently after unboxing it was found that the item delivered is a small sideboard and not the solid wood semi-open book shelf. The flipkart customer care was immediately informed with a complaint [incident: in[protected]] to replace the wrong item and all the relevant pictures of the delivered item was shared. They also informed and assured that the issue will be resolved by 14.7.23. Incidentally, the return deadline and cancellation was 12.7.23.
On 15.7.23 they informed that the replacement and return request of mine has been declined though i shared all necessary pictures to them and once again the fresh full pictures of wrongly delivered item was shared with label.
Incidentally, flipkart was knowing that there was going to be a wrong delivery beforehand and did not take any preventive action to wrong delivery.
Therefore, necessary immediate measures are please be arranged to cancel the order and return my money. I had enough harassment in this context and i am attaching all relevant testimonials on this context.
