Hello team I purchased OnePlus Nord CE 2 lite mobile phone from Flipkart at 7th March 23 At 13 March product delivered order ID -OD[protected] I received defective product not switch on after that I contact customer care number and file complaint at national consumer helpline my docket no is 4350757 Company create 6 times my return but no one come for pickup when I contact logistics team delivery they ask your all return cancel by seller One month complete i already contact multiple times with Flipkart customer care team they provide fake information every time All agents make fake promises Please help me otherwise soon i will take legal action Was this information helpful?
