Flipkart — Delivered with Used Mobile instead of New Mobile which i ordered.

I have ordered Micromax x281 from Flipkart (ElectronIndia was the seller). Today on 27th June 2015 i received the product. when i opened the package i was in total shock. the package was tampered and seal already broken. To my surprise i could see the mobile has been an used one and not new one. OD[protected] [protected]@gmail.com [protected] I have registered for a return and the return id is 22616733.
