My name is Shriyash Gadage.
I ordered a laptop from flipkart on 12th February 2021 named Acer Predator Triton 300 corei5 10th gen priced at Rs.74990. I received the order on 14th february 2021. As i unboxed the laptop and powered on the laptop, i saw a dead pixel on the display of the laptop as this was the manufacturing fault. So, i placed a replacement request on flipkart regarding the ordered laptop on 16th feb 2021. Flipkart approved the replacement request and gave the the date 21st february 2021 as my replacement date. and also stated that it will be a hand to hand replacement and no technician visit will be there. But, i Havent got the replacement on 21st february 2021 and inspite of that it got delayed because it was not shipped by the seller itself inspite of being approved by the seller himself. the sellers name of flipkart is CORSECA. So today dated 24th february the replace laptop was out for delivery. when the so called wish master as named by flipkart came to deliver the order came, he just refused to hand over the replacement and take back the previous ordered laptop stating the reason that the technical person is not here and he is on holiday.
now tell me what should i do. I am from mumbai. i am here in gurgaon for work for a few days. as my work got over i just have to stay in gurgaon for the replacement process nad that puts a load on my pocket to stay here. and due to flipkarts and delivery team's co-ordination i am unable to get the replacement.
I am also posting the pictures of proof that how all it happened.
