Flipkart — Delivery guy not coming for pickup

I ordered t shirt combo from flipkart order id:-FMPP[protected]
As soon as I received the product I realised that the material of the product was of very poor quality so I immediately opted for return and to my surprise I was given pickup date of 12days later. But then after 2days I started getting message from ekart that their delivery agent is out for pickup and in evening message used to be that pickup was unsuccessful and is rescheduled for tomorrow, this is happening for past one week, same message every day. And when I contacted ekart and Flipkart they akways give one response that please wait till 7pm
They are Doing nothing, I am fed UP of all this, Kindly help I want my refund
