This is the first time I got cheated by flipkart or by it's delivery executives so what happened is I ordered a Denizen Men Jeans Of size 32 on 3rd of October 2021
and the product got delivered on 9th October and the delivery experience was nice but then it was ordered for my brother and the size was not ok so I opted for exchange by size 34 and generally flipkart's exchange service is nice but this time it was not the same.
As I opted for exchange on the same day of delivery that is on 9th october 2021 and the last day promised for the exchange was 19th October Ok no problem but the problem occurred when my product went for out for delivery with the delivery executive and it never delivered to me as I received a message in the evening mentioning pickup rejected due to product mismatch but the main question is when no one came for the delivery how its even possible of product mismatch but never mind I thought this could be some sort of misunderstanding and I rechecked it with customer executive and he said not to worry just wait for 19th of october and the day came 19th october I waited for the whole day but got no response and on 20th October morning 5:40am I got a message saying our courier partner has confirmed the delivery was not accepted by the customer and has been cancelled I just got shocked by flipkart's behaviour this is how you treat a valuable customer and this is just a case of fraud I don't know but I think is done by the delivery team because they didn't even called me once or messaged me but how can they just cancelled the product on my behalf...
First time I faced this type of issue with flipkart and I just need the proper resolution and as well as the reason why this happened...I'm also attaching the screenshots of the same
