I have ordered oppo f1 plus mobile on sept. 23rd 2017 and i have received order on sept 25th 2017 [1.30 pm].
But i have received wrong product [samsung galaxy on max] in this packing box then i have complaint to your [flipkart] customer care
They noted my complaint and say to our customer care team will call you on sept. 26th 2017 but till now call not received.
Again i have called to your customer care, they replied me our team try to call you but call not connected so i am give my another no to customer care
Team then he say you will get call within 24 hours but till now no any call received form your end.
Then i have again called to customer care they say you will get call up october 02nd 2017.
I am suffering from this issue from last 06 days and your team giving dates on date but till now no any positive response from your end to me.
So kindly requesting you to please resolve my issue on high priority basis.
