Flipkart has scaled down its services. It is not resolving customer's issue rather testing their patience by passing the issue to many months. I have my login issue which im trying to use but because i have forgotten my password i tried to use forgot password at their site but it did not allow me to login. I made a complained in March 2021 and executive asked me to mail them my adhaarcard for KYC. Till Ju;y nothing happened so again on 2 August I complained and they said to mail them pancard rather than adhar card. I did as being suggested. I got the message that on 4th august by 11 my issue will be resolved but on 4th also it did not so I again called them but I got again the same reply to wait for another day i.e 5th august by 12ish.
Is Flipkart making fool of its customers?
