Complaint: Duplicate product received without brand packaging which was not replaced or returned, even after multiple requests many times
I placed this order a month ago and have requested multiple
replacements/returns, for a month the next date was given, and although the seller was canceling the order, again and again, no one came for pickup or replacement. Now, after a month customer care executives are saying, we do not have a facility to return/replace it anymore.
I want my money back, you take this order, I do not want to risk my health with a duplicate product, it's untouched it now.
The behavior from Flipkart was unacceptable. Its Flipkart who allows the seller to sell any product, but customers like us bear the cost and consequences.
