[Resolved]  Flipkart — earphone not working properly

I bought a skullcandy earphone {skullcandy s2ikdy-010 ink'd headset (Black & red, in the ear} 6 months back now one side of it has stopped working but its manufacturer warranty says one year warranty. Now that it has stopped working on one side i want to replace it with a new skullcandy earphone (P. S.- same color please). At first it stopped sometimes and it has stopped completely.

Inspite of replacement it was again delivered wrong product n now on customer care number i m been put on hold from last 20mins
