We ordered an electronic item, indo-best car player double din | 7" hd touch screen| bluetooth | mic calling | rear view camera support | remote| fm | usb | aux| sd port cart stereo, on 05.07.2017. And the cost of the product is 5699/-

We received our procuct on july 13.
Our problem is, stereo is not working properly, it gets hang when the song was played.

Flipkart Customer Care's response customer complained that product is defective. We interacted and apologized for the issue and inform return will not be processed because 10 days policy is over and requested to get the paid service. customer agreed and closing the case.
