Flipkart — EMI processing fees charges fraud by Flipkart

Hi, I’m Rahul varma, I’ve purchased a mobile phone worth 15297 Rupees on 13th April 2022. My order id was OD[protected] and i bought this purchase on EMI . After ordering in couple of hours order got automatically cancelled and refund initiated. But when I called my bank to close the EMI they agreed to close the EMI but the charged me 251 rupees for processing fees. I agree there is a processing fees when i select any EMI option payment but I didn’t cancel the order they automatically did that then why should i pay the bank . I spoke to there customer support but they are useless. They are fooling customers i want your help making things right for consumers. I feel cheated
