[Resolved] Flipkart — Empty Parcel Received

I ordered two 32gb samsung memory card on flipkart.I received it's delivery on 1st oct, 2016 .When I opened the packet I found only two samsung covers.Order Id.OD[protected].Now flipkart customer care are not fiving any proper response.First I called him instently after opening packet, they told me that we will solve your issue in 24 hours, after some hours I received a message that my request is rejected(but why it was not mentioned).Then I called about 4 times every time I receive a different responce, don't know why they are doing this thing.After this issue I will never buy products from flipkart.They are very cheap people.Man to gali dene ka kar raha hai lekin Rs.1200 rupay ke memory card ke liye apna muh kharab karne se kya fayda.

Updated by ranideviktpt Now they are telling me that they will arrange a pickup then they will issue the refund, are bhai kya pickup loge apni chori chupane ke liye.
