[Resolved]  Flipkart — Even They dont know where is my product for past 16 days

My product delivery date is 22 oct. it’s not delivered but it reached my nearest hub and left out from that hub to my hub on 21st oct 12.56am itself. But it still not reached my hub for the past 2 weeks. It’s just take half a day to reach my hub. When I asked them they extended delivery date to oct 24. But it’s not reach the hub. Then after that they said issue will be resolved on 27. But not. On 27th evening they changed the icon into “issue resolved”. But nothing has been resolved. After tat like tat they extended the date ti oct 31, nov 2, nov 3.. without resolved anything when tat date comes they itself changed issue resolved. Till now they didn’t give any update regarding my product. Just they extended time period. It’s crossed more than 2 weeks. If I try to even cancel the product, they said tis option is not available since the product is in transit. Even they don’t know where it is. When will it reach me. I lost nearly 35000 including emi interest with this product. I don’t have any faith now that product will be deliver or money refunded to me. Waste customer service. They don’t know how to handle and solve problem as soon as possible. Just extended date that’s only they know. After contacting many time now they said issue will be resolved on nov 12. I think i totally lost my amount.
