[Resolved] Flipkart — Facing problem to return product

I had ordered shock proof case for my mobile with order id-od[protected]. I want to return this because wrong product delivered to me. Since i am trying to return this on flipkart app & from website but due to some error its not returning. I spoken with your call center people but i am not getting proper solution from them. Instead of returning this product, they are saying to wait for more days until this error or issue is not resolve. I cant understand why you people are not returning this product. I want to return this & want my money back to my account within min 2 days. Kindly help

Flipkart Customer Care's response We have interacted with the customer, he stated that he received different product and wanted replacement for same model, told will be pickup n replaced hand to hand given TAT, hence closing the case
