[Resolved] Flipkart — Fake display in letv mobile

We have purchased letv leco mobile from flipkart and when we approach service center for repair purpose they are not accepted to do service under warranty because of product contains duplicate touch pad, when we ask service center people to provide written statement on job sheet, they said no to give written statement and when we contact flipkart service center they are asking for job sheet

in case of this product we have purchased from flipkart and they are not helping to resolve it

Flipkart Customer Care's response It has been communicated to customer that the product is 6 month old and customer has to get in touch with the brand service center for the mobile service.
