I ordered mobile phone from Flipkart.
After placing order, before shipping I asked them to change billing name and address.
They accepted for the same.
The phone is delivered and in invoice the billing name and address doesn't changed. I immediately called to Flipkart customer care center. They are hanging up my call without solving my issue. Every time they making me hold the call for 15 minutes and suddenly hung up the call without prior intimation.
This happened more than ten times.
Every time I am waiting in the call, they hung up the call without intimation.
Due to non changing of name in the invoice, I lost riembursement amount from my employer about 34100, more than that I waited lot of time in phone calls thinking they solve the issue. It losted my valueable time
