Hello i have purchase samsung j3 pro from flipkart.
I found that front camera is not working proper getting blue pic multiple time app is getting crash out 10/ 7 time i am getting this issue. Sometime it is working
On call also getting low voice many time
There is some problem in phone
When i called flipkart for help
They send tech he said this kind of issue are normal with samsung phones and when away
When i call to know status they said as per tech it's working
I explain him but he is not ready to understand as per flipkart there is no issue i request flipkart to use mobile for one day then they will come to know what issue i am facing with mobile
I called multiple time but they are putting call on hold and forget 2 time on[protected] i called 2 time i was on hold for 20 minutes then i called again he put my call on hold for 10 minutes and disconnected call
On 7th november they promise me that i will be getting resolution by 10th november
But still struggling to get call from that team
For taking money they deliver products in 24 hours if replacement of products its take don't know how much time
Is there any one who is consent about customer service after sales
Now flipkart have started behaving like local shop they don't need customer satisfaction they just need money by harassing customer Was this information helpful? |
