Flipkart — Flipkart account suspended unable to pay later in flipkart pay later

Flipkart suspended my account and in have due to pay in flipkart pay later that i cant pay so its reflecting in my cibil score as loan unpaid . Customer care just create Incident and never come back with proper answers
