[Resolved]  Flipkart — flipkart amount debited twice from bank but order was not placed or confirmed

On aug 1st i decided to make a order for a study table of rs 4399, after clicking the pay button via online payment through axis bank, the amount got debited twice and the app crashed, after logging into flipkart again through my registered phone number [protected], there was no order available or confirmed, i have been chasing up with regards to my refund since august 1st all the agents keep doing is moving the case forward by 3 days, again today morning after speaking jai from the escalation desk for 45 mins he asks me to wait till 10 aug, i feel im being mentally harssed, i have sent them my bank statement copy along with sms messages.. Please do help me.. As almost 10000 rs has been debited.

I have approved payment of more than 6000 rs in flipkart affiliate program and also my account is verified but still no money is received they are also not replying to my mail, not even a confirmation that my complaint has been submitted, pls help me. My payment was approved in mid of July but still no payment has been received.
