Would like to brief you with my orders
Order-1

Order date: 4 september, 2016
Amount paid:
Rs. 7949 through cash on delivery
Rs. 7100 through exchange of my phone.
Your seller delivered me a dead phone irony is it was flipkart assured, really i was assured that it is just a marketing gimmick to fool the customer.
Flipkart took that phone and refunded the money 7949 in bank and 7100 in wallet and i was said that you have to buy from flipkart and use this wallet believing this crap i went for another phone,

Rs. 16790 through net banking and used 7100 from phonepe wallet
This order was not delivered
When i contacted customer care after waiting for 3 more days this is the reply i received.

We are sorry to let you know that your shipment may have been lost or damaged while on it's way to you as there is no update of the shipment since[protected].

Hence, we request you to kindly revert with a confirmation on the next course of action you would like us to take in this regard. as we are unable to process with replacement, we would be able to have amount refunded.

Awaiting your reply.
If you still wish to buy the product, you can place a new order with any of our sellers and we'll do our best to have it delivered it to you.

I had to cancel this order on their feed back, customer care said that whatever i had paid from net banking it will be refunded after 8 working days and again rs. 7100 was transferred to gift card (really my money as gift from fk) and still they want me to buy a phone from fk which i dont want.
Kindly help me to get the refund of my money or my old phone as i am without a smart phone from past 20 days

Hard to say but i am now fed up with the service of flipkart.
