[Resolved]  Flipkart — Flipkart Blocked my Account and not refunding my Money

I am Flipkarplus customer and I have 7500Rs in my Flipkart wallet and around 800 supercoins in my account. My account associated with Flipkart is teja.[protected]@yahoo.com. Flipkart has blocked my account with out any prior notice and not refunding my money. From past 1 week I have contacted numerous times to Flipkart via calls, emails, Facebook and twitter, but all do is send a same standard copy paste response. They say that due to high returns my account has been blocked and when I ask about my money they are not responding. No where in Flipkart they have mentioned that we can only return so and so many of products. How can they block my account with out any prior intimation just because I returned few items. I have been using Flipkart from many years and during the last sale I have purchased many items for my wife and daughter, but due to size issues and quality issues I have returned few items. Where does Flipkart mention that we can only return so many of products? I was not happy with the size and quality of the products and so I returned them. If Flipkart has a problem they should block return option in my account, but they have blocked my account along with the money and supercoins associated with it. I am a loyal customer and I have done nothing wrong and Flipkart has no right to hold my money. How can Flipkart hold my money and by what rights they can do so. If they wanted to block my account they should have given prior intimation and should refund my money in the wallet. Instead Flipkart just snatched away my money and supercoins by blocking my account. I want to take legal action against Flipkart on this issue. I am a loyal customer and I have the right to fight for my hard earned money.

With your account deactivated you no will longer have access to INVOICE of previous purchases. As in my case. I request you to file complaint in CONSUMER Court and make FLIPKART/WALLMART specify in writing: How many returns cause account blockage against order placed. Some one has to take legal action against FLIPKART/WALLMART ABUSE of customers.
Hi Teja,

Never trust these Flipkart guys. They are very good at giving false assurance and escape without returning your money.
