Flipkart doing fradulent and unethical business.

I would like to share experience me and my friend have recently face with flipkart.

I placed an order od[protected] for honor 9 lite on 23rd jan'18 on flipkart and after 2 days i. E, 25th jan'18 my product got shipped. After 2 hours of shipping the product flipkart cancelled the order and updated a status "cancelled by you". When i called the executive and asked them for reason of cancellation then they said that the order was cancelled by seller. I argued for updating the wrong status of cancellation on website. As per flipkart executive it was cancelled by seller but when i checked on their website it was saying cancelled by you. (Screen shot shared)

On further discussion flipkart executive "nilesh vishwakarma" who is designated at senior executive level told me that due to bulk order the seller is not able to execute the order. I further opposed his reply and asked 2 questions
Q1: why the seller was not able to reconcile the order qty received and qty available with him on a same day?

Q2: i also asked flipkart executive howcome the seller realised shortage after shipping the order?

Nilesh was having no answer of that questions.

My friend was also having similar type of experience. He somehow able to book redmi 5a on flash sale dated 11th jan'18. After couple of days the product got shipped but flipkart cancelled the order when it was about to reach his address. Later on my friend asked them a reason of cancellation then they told seller cancelled the order in order to give equal opportunity to all buyers. When my friend contradicted their statement and asked them to check that it was his 1st order for redmi 5a then how come you are giving equal opportunity. Flipkart had no asnwer and refused to execute the order and asked for placing fresh order in next sale.

Again my friend made efforts and placed an order for redmi 5a dated 18th jan'18. Again same thing happened and order got cancelled after 3 days. When he again raised a question they again gave that pathetic excuse again and blocked his flipkart id.

Even in this case flipkart updated a wrong status that order cancelled by customer itself instead of seller cancellation.

Its a clear cut indication that flipkart is involved in unethical practices and selling the high demanded phone on premium prices.

Flipkart social media guy called on 31st Jan and after listening my entire case he told me that we will come back to u again after getting more details and now after 2 days I can see that they have even blocked my flipkart id.. Cheat and big fraud online shopping portal.. I will not let u go so easily and raise my voice in consumer court
