Flipkart — flipkart game zone

I am playing Flipkart gamezone since its inception. Nothing wrong happened ever or i didn't do any unfair means or anything. Only i did one thing is that i had played my sister's flipkart gamezone in my mobile phone and they blocked me playing . Please resolve the issue. This wont happen further . Flipkart should have given prior warning about this. But please unblock my account. I had already complained to the flipkart customer care .did what then gave solution for. But not fruitful.
