I ordered an LG G8x mobile for Rs.24, 990/- The first product I received was a defective one. The technician who had to come for verification said my area is not serviceable and I had to travel around 50Kms back and forth to show him the issue.
The next day I got the replacement and the replaced product has many more issues than the previous one. I requested a refund thrice the seller has canceled it. Today the same technician was assigned he asked me to share the details. Later period my refund request was canceled saying that he resolved actually he did not even see my phone neither touched it.
I would request you to look into this issue. I Would like to get a refund.
The Issue I am facing with the newly replaced product has uneven brightness. The top of the primary display is more white and the bottom is too blackThe mobile phone gets switched off automatically at least twice in 6 HoursThe display has a greenish tint from the bottom have attached pictures of the product for your reference
