[Resolved]  Flipkart — flipkart - mobile missing in the box

I ordered a Honor 7a from Flipkart on 18 July 2018. The order ID is OD[protected]. The headsets arrived on 20th July. The outer packaging looked intact. However, tye seal of the box provided by honor was broken. I immediately placed a return request citing reason the item was missing. He told me before 25th july my issue is resolve. After that, I was wait from 20th to 25th july. Again i am calling 26th july so he told your compailnt is regarding charger not product missing so i am telling no any issue in charger my problem is my product is missing after that again my complaint is register. After that, I called Flipkart customer support to narrate the whole incident. They assured me that the complaint had been registered and an investigation team would be calling me to ask for details. It's befor 7th August.I have chaecked email 29th july i have received gift card 400 rs in my flipkart account then i am calling customer support team so he told me this gift card regarding charger i am telling no issue in my charger my product Honor 7a is misiing he told me don't warry your complain is already registered befor 7th August or 7th August provided you resolution but Today 7th August Till now no any call came from investigation team. Again i am calling customer support so he told me your replacement date(only 10 days) is expaire so no any take complaint this product if you want Honor 7a so please place new order.

We've interacted with the customer and provided by the call logs info as self-serve return clearly states that the speaker issues and second contact from the customer related to this mobile phone was telling he didn't like the product feature and hence wanted to return it, we denied as per the seller return policy and moreover customer complaint telling charger is defective so Rs.400 was provided as a goodwill amount and the same has been utilized by the customer. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
