[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart not dispatch the phone | |||||
I ordered a honor 10 on 20 may at flipkart and it was showing the dispatch date 24th may. On 23 may flipkart showed the status of the phone was still not packed and not shipped. Today 24th may i again checked but still showing the same then i talked with customer care they said we can't do anything we send your complaint to our senior team they will work and the result will come out on 27 may but your mobile will not confirm when will delivered. I also asked to refund the amount they said it will take 7-8 business days. I am totally stuck in this situation its bad experience because my ₹29999 amount stuck in flipkart now i am not able to another phone. Please look into this matter and take a serious action. I will also lodge a written complaint in consumer court tomorrow. Was this information helpful? | |||||
