My mom had ordered a dining table on the 2nd of October and it's been almost 1 month since we placed the order and we have not received the product till date and they just keep on chaging the delivery dates.
To say that I have called Flipkart customer support would be an understatement I have called Flipkart almost 20 to 25 times and everytime I call I get the same reply that they are unable to track my order and they are also unable to cancel it .And also in one of my calls with a supervisor they promised to cancel the product but that also did not happen.I don't know what else to do and this is so frustrating and the worst part is that my mom blames herself for placing the order and trusting Flipkart.
