I have purchased hometown SWIRL OUT Engineered Wood King Bed on 18 Nov 2015. delivery date is 15th of December. Noting is moved from 18th November to 15th December. i made a call to Flipkart then the item is packed and ready for shipping. The package still not arrived. i have called more than 20 times to flipkart. i got a call from Home town saying we dont have a stock. Order is Confirmed 28 Nov 2015 Order is Packed on 28 Nov 2015 Order Dispatched 15 dec 2015 Now Item is not available in Stock. i really dont know what is going on.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, he states promised date of deliver has crossed and on December 24 got a call from Seller - Hometown mentioned product not in stock and inform customer to wait till Jan 25, 2016 for an update. Informed the customer to provide an 24 hours time to check with the concern stack holder for an update. Customer agreed.
