[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart refused to replace a broken product

FLIPKART send me a set of four earrings of which one was broken. I made a replacement request The delivery boy arrived with a new product but refused to replace it. He didn't give me any reason. I called up the flipkart helpline They told me to wait for 3 days After three days they sent me a message that the replacement is cancelled.No No reason was given.I sent a number of mails but no response

Updated by Madhura Mukherjee Flipkart sent me a package of four earrings one of which was broken into two pieces.I made a replacement request. The delivery boy arrived with a new product but said it cannot be replaced. He didn't give any reason I made a complaint at the helpline number They told me to wait for 3 days but after 3 days they sent me a message that the replacement is cancelled.No reason was given
