[Resolved] Flipkart — Flipkart showing my product has been delivered when it was not.

Flipkart is showing that my item has been delivered but it is not the case. It never even reached my city. They even emailed me that my item has been delivered. It is absolutely ridiculous. I was tracking my order and last I saw it was somewhere in Bishnupur (far from where I live). It is clear to me that someone "misplaced" my product and I am not getting it any time soon. I simply want a refund.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and she told that product was delivered from Flipkart but when she courier it to different address via Blue dart it was misplace from them hence asked customer check with Bluedart customer agreed hence closing case.
