My complaint is that flipkart is taking money from customers, not delivering items and also not making any refund. They expect the consumer to haggle with them for their money and they keep on making statement that it would be refunded in 8 days. Also, their call center agents are uncivilized, uncouth and have no respect for the customer.
I placed an order at Flipkart on 05th Sep 2016 for Crocs Casual Shoes (order No. OD[protected]. These shoes were shown as available, there was no message of limited stock too. I made credit card payment for this item. After the payment was successful, I got a message from flipkart that the item is out of stock and payment done was Rs. 0, though the amount was already deducted from my credit card as per confirmation message received from the bank.
Issue was raised with call center, they acknowledged that they cannot see any order or payment for the item and promised to resolve the issue by end of the day.
At the end of day, the order reflected against my name. Subsequently, i cancelled the order as Flipkart call centers has given no guarantee on the item delivery. On cancellation, again the refund amount was shown as 0. Was this information helpful? |
