[Resolved]  Flipkart — Fraudulent Delivery

I have ordered a Book "Eat, Pray, Love' through Flipkart on 21.7.2015 to be delivered to my friend's address in Guwahati, Assam. The order No. is OD[protected]. I paid the amount of Rupees 300 through debit card. After 7 days, it got delivered at the address. But to my utter disbelief, I found the delivered book to be a second hand book. I have paid the money for the fresh copy of the Book. And the company charged the carriage charge of Rupees 60 also. But instead of getting a fresh book I got a second hand book. Hereby I like to raise my issue of fraudulent delivery tactics of such a reputed company to the appellate authority. Sonit Kumar Goswami [protected]

I have a purchased a Mobile - Redmi2 on 22nd Aug 2015 through Flipkart but due to malfunction I have a made a return request next day.

Their logistic partner " gojavas picked up the return order on 31st Aug 2015 . Doct No : P100002 Tracking No - 220134. post pickup I also receive a confirmation mail / SMS same day that your return pickup is done successfully. refund initiated.

This Mobile was purchased on 6 months EMI, now after one month Bill has been generated by my Bank "Standard Chartered " for 1st EMI of Rs: 1045.86/- then only I come to know from flipkart executive that they have cancelled the refund request and they have not received any return order.

Flipkart is known for their services, now with such mismanagement/ extremely bad service I am really feeling cheated, would not recommend anyone to purchase from flipkart. I was in impression that there won't be any bill generated against this card but same happen.
