Ordered airmax 2017 for ₹3200/-

Product received was all different from advertisement shown on application.

As i requested return, pick up boy came and didn't received product.

Next time when i made return refused it and freezed account.

Some one help, and suggest something.
Though will be fighting back.

Flipkart Customer Care's response We had interacted with the customer informed that customers recent return request has been canceled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in his purchase history. This would also mean that customer will no longer be able to login to Customers Flipkart account.
